Planago normally runs on your own web hosting. If you use a website builder, that's not possible. That's why we run Planago for you on our server in Germany. All you do is add the booking widget to your site.
You choose your address, for example yourname.planago.app, and pay securely via Stripe.
We install Planago for you. You receive an email with a link to set your own password, usually within two working days.
You copy the widget code into your website, for example as an HTML block in Wix, Jimdo or Webador. Done.
A one-time €39 for the setup, €5 per month in the first two years, €89 per year after that. Billed annually in advance, so there are no small monthly charges.
| Period | What you pay | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| When you order | Setup (€39) + first hosting year (€60) | €99 |
| After 12 months | second hosting year | €60 |
| Total for the first 2 years | €159 | |
| From the 3rd year | Hosting including update extension, per year | €89 |
All amounts are final prices. No VAT is charged under the German small business scheme (§ 19 UStG). €89 per year is about €7.40 per month.
Term: The initial term is 2 years. After that the contract renews for 1 year at a time unless you cancel at least 1 month before it ends. An email is enough.
Businesses only: The hosting offer is for self-employed people and businesses (entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code), not for private individuals.
The licence stays yours. Even after the contract ends, the Planago licence belongs to you. Moving it to your own domain costs a one-off release fee of €79.
After the contract ends: On request you get a free copy of your booking data beforehand. We delete your installation 30 days after the contract ends.
All details are in the hosting terms and the data processing agreement (English translations; the German versions are binding).
What you need yourself: an email mailbox (e.g. with your website provider, GMX or Gmail) through which Planago sends the booking confirmations. You enter it once in the admin area, and we explain how.
Already have your own hosting with PHP and FTP? Then the €99 licence without a term is cheaper for you.
Thank you for your order! You will receive a confirmation by email shortly. As soon as we have set up Planago for you, you'll get the link to set your password, usually within two working days.
Please note: all emails are sent in English, the invoice is issued in German. Our contract terms are in German; the English versions linked below are translations for your information.
