Cloud tools run servers for every customer – and finance that with the monthly fee. Planago, on the other hand, is installed on your own web hosting, much like WordPress. So you use the hosting you are already paying for anyway. Side effect: your customers' booking data stays with you, and the booking widget stays right on your website.
Create an empty folder (e.g. /booking/) on your server and upload the Planago setup file.
Open the file in your browser. Planago installs the database and all files fully automatically in seconds.
Copy the iFrame code from your new dashboard and paste it into your website.
Planago simply keeps running, and your customers book as usual. The 24 months only refer to updates. If you want to keep getting new features and security fixes after that, you extend the updates for €29 per year. We recommend it – but it is not mandatory, and nothing gets switched off if you don't.

Planago keeps working as usual and your customers can still book. You just won't receive new features or security fixes any more.
No. Planago runs on your own web hosting. If you already have a hosting plan with PHP and FTP access, there are no further costs. If you only use a website builder such as Wix or Jimdo, you additionally need a small hosting plan, often available for €3–5 per month.
Yes. Since version 1.6.0 the booking page, the emails and the admin area are available in German and English. You choose the language, time zone and 12- or 24-hour time format in the settings.
Yes. The booking widget can be embedded in practically any website with an iFrame code. Planago itself is installed on web hosting with PHP and FTP access: self-hosted WordPress usually has this already. If you use Wix, Jimdo or another website builder, you additionally need a small hosting plan and then embed the widget in your site.
