Information on the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. You can also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically on our website at planago.de/en/withdrawal-form.html (German version: planago.de/widerruf.html). If you use this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Special note: early expiry of your right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performing the contract — that is, providing your licence key and the setup file for download — after you

  1. have expressly agreed that we begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and
  2. have confirmed your knowledge that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun.

We obtain this consent and confirmation before your order is completed via a separate checkbox in the order form, separate from the consent to the terms and the privacy policy. Without this separately confirmed checkbox, we do not deliver the licence key before the withdrawal period has expired, and in this case your right of withdrawal continues for the full 14 days.
